This is a fun interview with PatZi and Burt Weissbourd, a Hollywood producer who writes cinematic mysteries—a little bit noir and filled with quirky characters. In Book #3 in his Callie and Cash series, the duo again find themselves involved in an international mystery. Callie, the owner celebrated Seattle restaurant and Cash, her bartender, have worked together to solved murders and smuggling cases. But now Cash has trouble concentrating. He’s angry and he’s not sure why. He’s depressed but he can’t get a handle on it. Seeing a psychiatrist wasn’t his idea, but Callie insists that Dr. Abe is different. Which turns out to be true. When Abe Stein helps him bring back memories, Cash realizes that he might not want to remember. And nothing has prepared Cash for the enemy he’s about to face.
