She went from this unsure-of-herself, by-the-book person to this confident, assertive, kick-ass heroic woman. Her impressive evolvement is also evident in her relationships with the men in the book. She allowed her ex to walk all over her and treat her poorly, but in the end, she was with the guy whom most would think could never love and treats Callie like the queen she is, and the duo is a perfect pair. I can’t wait for the next Callie James thriller from Burt Weissbourd!”
